Accommodations: There are 5 categories of suites. All face the ocean, and the majority feature private balconies or terraces. Décor includes a blend of white and blue pastel hues, shuttered windows, tile floors, marble baths, and paneled doors that open into sitting areas. Amenities include air-conditioning, digital cable LCD TV, phone, in-room safe, mini-bar, coffee maker, hairdryer, and iron/ironing board. Suites with king-sized beds, beachfront 1-bedroom suites with in-room Jacuzzis are available. The Penthouse Suites are the most spacious, and the most luxurious, and each features unique Mediterranean-style decoration.
Dining & Entertainment: There’s a gamut of dining possibilities, from gourmet cuisine to local specialties grilled beachside. Ristorante Casanova’s menu is an eclectic mix of different traditional food styles fused with tropical Jamaican and Caribbean ingredients. They keep a keen eye on freshness and ‘organic’ and work closely with selected farmers on the island. As such they are able to feature exotic items such as Ackee, Ortanique, Chocho or the famous Smoked Marlin. They would like to tempt you with dishes such as “Grilled Beef Tenderloin with Pickled Pumpkin and Smashed Green Bananas” or “Spicy Crab Cakes with Pineapple and Palm Heart Salsa”. NOTE: Reservations are required and a dress code is enforced. Palazzina Restaurant offers hearty bistro fare from around the world featured in a festive sea breeze setting. Open for breakfast, lunch and dinner, the food includes both buffet and table service and ranges from fresh omelets to coconuts to escargot. The fun is in the bold mix of bistro-style sauces to wasabi on grilled vegetables. A night at Bella Vista is the ultimate in intimate dining, with dinner served on a moonlit beach to the sounds of a traditional Jamaican band. A beachside spot serves burgers and grilled fare in the most casual of atmospheres. Drinks and refreshments are served at 6 bars. In-room dining is available from 6:00am-11:00pm. Nightly shows, parties, and outdoor movies provide after-dark entertainment.
