Essential shops, banks and chemists are to be found in Golfo Aranci while, for leisure purposes, beach shops, bars and restaurants are within walking distance in the residential resort-village of Baia Caddinas. Parking is on-road but unloading can be done more or less outside the property. Entry is via a gate that opens on to a pathway and a few steps down. On the right is a covered, illuminated, eating area with barbeque. The other outside area is accessed from an inside sitting area and is softly furnished with comfortable sofas and chairs as well as dining table - ideal for grown-ups to watch over children while they play in the garden. Up some steep steps, therefore not so safe for young children, is a furnished solarium with magnificent sea views.

If you’re looking for a lovely private house in Sardinia, ideal for a family - with a golden sandy beach just steps away, and a large garden in which the children can play - this is it. Beautifully located in a residential area, with bars, restaurants and shops within walking distance, we are just round the bay from Golfo Aranci, one and a half kilometres away. There are two covered outside areas, one with barbeque, the other overlooking a gorgeous Mediterranean garden, mainly laid to lawn, with palms, bougainvillea and lots of natural shade. The property is detached and the garden encircles it. From the garden, a wooden gate, and a private pathway, lead guests to the emerald waters of the Gulf of Aranci - just 35 steps away!
