The town of Valtopina is two kilometres away for most necessary shops plus bank and chemist. Electric gates allow access to off-road private parking and the whole property is fenced in. The furnished loggia with barbecue overlooks the pool which measures 10 x 5 x 1.4 metres deep. Inside parquet floors abound and the fixtures and fittings are very modern and comfortable. The pool is viewable from the sitting/dining room hence children can easily be supervised.
