These are two delightful stone cottages, very private and independent of each other, and sharing the same gorgeous swimming pool. Set on a terraced hillside, overlooking the Ionian Sea, they are bare stone built, and characteristically laid out, with spacious outside areas. Behind us is the omni-present majesty of Mount Etna. The owners are generous and very friendly. They keep chickens, geese, a donkey and two horses, and guests are welcome to help themselves to fresh eggs every morning - imagine the taste!
