Cupra Marittima with beaches is within ten kilometres and through the countryside there are some truly panoramic drives, amazing medieval towns and villages and plenty of family run restaurants that serve local specialities and cost very little.

The vista is magnificent and the air is clear with only birdsong breaking the silence. Standing alone, the house is tastefully furnished having nice antiques combined with relaxing, modern pieces. The owner sometimes occupies a separate wing of the house. An 11 x 5.5 metre swimming pool looks onto the panorama.
