Cassibile, Italy Information

Villa Fanusa is a no-nonsense no-frills holiday house that rightly trades on its excellent position, less than a stone’s throw from the (sea) water’s edge. A bright white two floor building, completely fenced in, in a quiet residential area. The sea is undoubtedly the raison d’etre of this villa - it is no more than 20 metres away from it, via the villa’s own gate. A balcony runs along the first floor so that the sea may best be viewed at any time of the day or night, and much the same goes for a brightly furnished terrace beneath. And what a sea! Some of the clearest water in the Mediterranean, purified by the Ionian Sea’s currents. The shoreline is rocky but popular for bathing with areas of sandy seabed.
