Do spare some time to visit its 13-15th century Piazza del Popolo, the centre of its civic life since the Etruscans. The small town of Ponte Rio is 14 kilometres away.A steep two kilometre long unmade access road leads to ample parking. The lovely garden, that surrounds two sides of the house, is overlooked by an atmospheric covered loggiato or terrace. Below the house and garden is the furnished pool area whose dimensions are 7.25m x 4.5m x 1.20 depth. Separate laundry building with washing machine. Three bedrooms are air-conditioned (payable locally).
