Parking is in the private driveway. The illuminated furnished courtyard is enclosed by high walls and accessed via double gates. The swimming pool measures 12m x 6m, and is surrounded by a furnished garden area replete with manicured lawns, exotic plants and trees. A popular covered dining area with barbecue and sink. Next door are changing rooms and showers. Outside shower. The owners live next door hence courtyard, pool and garden areas are shared.

This spacious property is well planned. It straddles a private driveway, with the villa and walled courtyard on one side, and a swimming pool and garden area on the other side, but what have the owners done? They specially constructed an underground passageway so that guests do not have to open and close two sets of gates and cross the driveway to get between villa and pool! That is the measure of the thought and care that has gone into preparing for their guests and how they intend to treat them.Santa Croce Camerina is a reasonably sized town and we are about 2 kilometres from it and the sea.
