Destination Wedding Forms of Payment

Deposits

To officially "lock-in" your rate you must submit a non-refundable deposit. This applies to all guests as well and will ensure their seat on the plane as well as a room at the resort.

Forms of Payment

You and your guests may pay by credit card or by check, it's up to you! Different resorts accept different credit cards however most widely accept American Express, Visa and MasterCard.

Final Payment Date

Final payment date depends on the resort, airline and contract for each individual wedding we plan however the general rule is that the final payment is due 45 days prior to departure. We will advise you when we present the final pricing and contract for your Destination Wedding.

You may make payments at any interval between your initial deposit and final payment.

Traveling Weddings will handle all reservations and payments from your guests directly! There is no need to get stressed if someone is late with their payment... leave that to us.

Gift Certificates

You may purchase gift certificates for a bride or groom based on any denomination. Gift certificates are made by check-only and are non-transferrable.

Bridal Registry
